How do I wash garments with integrated LED technology?
Most of our light-up apparel features removable battery packs. Simply detach the power source and hand wash the garment in cold water, or use a gentle machine cycle inside a mesh laundry bag. Always air dry completely before reconnecting the lights.
What is the average shipping time for international orders?
We offer worldwide shipping. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times. Tracking information is provided via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for seasonal collections?
We accept returns on all unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain accessories and custom-fitted light kits must be in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a refund.
Are the batteries included with my purchase?
Yes, all Light My Bricks apparel comes with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack and a USB charging cable. Replacement batteries and extended-life power banks are also available for purchase separately.
How do I ensure I choose the right size?
Since our tech-integrated clothing has a specific fit to protect the internal wiring, we recommend consulting our detailed Size Guide located on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for maximum comfort.
Do you offer a warranty on the lighting components?
Absolutely. All electronic components in our fashion line are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty. If your lights fail due to a technical defect during this period, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
